Neil Pryde X9 135-185 full carbon boom in Excellent condition. This boom has just been re-gripped using a genuine, Neil Pryde X9 pack (a project during lockdown) and it came out just like new!! (just dropped price down to $490) This is a super stiff, strong high end carbon boom that has had very little use in recent years, as its size is in between 2 Chinook carbon booms I use. It has a Chinook front end clamp put on as I prefer the Chinook front end (and it has a nice, clean cleat. (see pics) The locking clips are brand new, (because they came in the regrip kit, so I will throw in the previous clips that are still perfectly good) and the carbon tail piece slides smoothly. If you're coming to carbon from alloy booms, I would say don't hesitate. I've never had a carbon boom fail me having switched about 10 years ago. The added security/confidence is really worth it!
