Hey folks...I've got a bunch of old kites (6 I think?), back to circa the original Best Nemesis versions. I need to get rid of these, but I'd rather not just throw them in the bin...does anyone 'repurpose' old kites? I'm happy to post them to somewhere if they'll use them to make something useful out of.
Any suggestions?

Yes I make budgie smugglers out of my old kites ,uber sexy to wear and you can throw the bridle over your shoulder for those heavy shore break womp sessions.

I'm looking at trying to modify a small kite to a wind wing if you still have anything

We gave away an old new kite to a Mauritian kid. Send your old kites to Bali or Mauritius or some other third world country. If they don't fly right, they will repurpose them and make a few bucks to help the family.

If you're swinging past Townsville, I'll take them and make a few bags for the local kids' coderdojo that need the money for PCs and Monitors. Cheers

Hey

If anyone in WA has any North Rhino 6's hanging around they'd part with I'd be keen to take them - don't worry if valves have peeled off. The pinnacle of C-kite technology Surprisingly, they make great foiling kites.

Interesting. So you're saying, remove the entire set of bladders and struts and fly it like a "cloud" strut-less kite?
