Interesting idea of the quick release dual track plate mount. Also, looks like they make an aftermarket gofoil pedestal and probably an option of short and long fuselage bolt mount.

I like the concept but I can't really tell much from just a photo.
At a glance my concern would be the strength. The securing mechanism in the back looks like it could be a good one, but I really need to see more details.
I'd also be concerned about the front I don't see a way for the front to pull in tight and secure. The contact surface area of a roll pin is good for 10" fin on a surfboard, but a little small IMO for my piece of mind with a 80 cm mast.
Maybe there's a video with more details?

They have more info on their instagram account, www.instagram.com/p/B8cA_LeHdeZ/ (and plenty of weird experimentations)
for instance a video with explanations:

Thx. I was looking at it backwards. Designed to give way on impact... It is interesting

Yes, even if it turns up to be a dead end later on, it is very useful to have people like them experimenting seemingly weird ideas and testing them in real life.
Looks like an AWSOME invention, hope she works to grow the foiling sport & make a sh#tload of $$$ for the inventor's. Me, I'm still Old School I've just ordered the NEILPRYDE GO FOIL BOX. I am a BIG Fan of the Tuttle Box, it makes ME Put My Back Foot on the Tuttle Box to learn & understand your board ( "Am I Gliding Right with my back foot ??? or Not" ) = With Tracks it will f@#k with your head with the back foot.
BIG THANKS to the guys from Myaree WA Windsurfing Perth & Guy Linton from SURF FX Gold Coast.
