I got this 5-2 and would like to do a sinker-starts with 4m wing. I do not think I can hold the board and wing at the same time, so straps look good. Before I bugger placement of inserts I thought it wise to get some
advice. I am 178cm, and 'shoulder wide' seems a bit narrow. I hope there is a general standard to start. Thanks.

Suggest back foot over the mast and front foot strap about 24" ahead. Then playing with the rear wing angle may assist to increase or reduce the pitch up tendency of the front wing.
The NSP surface mounts could be a good option to add straps easily.

Good luck.
