GoFoil wing boards due to Australia for our summer. Slight description from Alex: These boards are built at the Kinetic Factory where quality comes first ??
getting a couple samples this week on Maui and then will be shipping a container to Maui so maybe arrive in two months, fingers crossed ??..
These boards are made of EPS full sandwich with INNEGRA ??/ fiberglass with Carbon Fiber reinforcements around the strap and plate areas.
I have been building boards for many years and Innegra is the best weight to ding resistant ratio I have found. I like it even better than my Kevlar models.
Innegra is the future of board building ??if you like straps , these have
Strap placements for one or two feet forward, one strap in the back, all have plate or tuttle, handle on the bottom..
comes with three straps
4'6" 44 liters
5'0" 87 liters
5'6" 106 liters
6'0" 134 liters

as soon as anyone has weights for these boards I'd love to know
Kind of looks like a Jimmy Lewis shape
If the construction is at all similar that would be awesome
Exciting to finally start to see real sandwich boards - so light and durable.
I'm not personally excited about the innegra - time will tell . Yes it can be lighter and more durable, but so easy to have flaws in the layup
I'll get some weights shortly.
Thanks - and widths please - cheers!!!!!!!!
