Thought a place for nuggets of wisdom might be useful.

Guessing other people have thought of this, but just in case. Putting a couple of small blocks of stiff hydrophobic foam into the access point of rails stops bolts / track nuts falling out when moving the board between sessions, in / out the van etc. Remove 'em to clean out once a week, costs nowt and saves swearing in the back of the van scrabbling for spares.

The corks from wine bottles work great also. Cut them down to fit.
