SS 76 is a great all-rounder wing IMHO. If you're average heavy then it has enough lift for small waves (though not tiny) and can go fast enough to handle pretty big ones too. Works good for surf foil too.

8.2 will work fine for learning, but then will be bigger than you want. If you can add in tracks yourself relatively cheap, then it's an option -- but if you're going to have sink in $400 to get a shop to do it, then put that into an already foilable used board. [You can also go caveman diy like I originally did: drill and glue in four golf club shafts as through hulls, epoxy over top to seal; use thin metal plates and big washers to spread the load....worked fine until it didn't, I used plastic plates and they got pulled right through my board's deck and bent the 1/4" bolts in half caught inside on a too-big day ;-) ]

For sailboarding on the i76 try the windsurf foiling forum on seabreeze , those guys love the i76 for that.I have kept i76 for kitefoiling and I was proning on it for 12 months, great wing big speed range and very stable, recon it would be fine for sup unless you are over 90 kg
