been on the board a few times unsure of the centre fin and drive it develops, what fins are others using ? Standard or something else
Thanks , will try my old VP v8 sides and v6 center next time, I think the v8 are about the same as you sunova sides.
Isn't the Style Lord some type of long board style of SUP? If that's the case, at least a 9" centre fin with small side bites.

It ain't necessarily so 
I've used two XL sized sides and a smaller centre on a longboard....great in juicier waves...not so great in small stuff. 9 inch centre and sides a bit much imho. I usually go 7 in the middle...8 at a push....after that 9 or 10 is a single. No right or wrong of course.

Yep. The pro longboarders use 5.5 to 7 centers with small sides.
Old school dedicated noseriding BEEG to sloow that sucker down and not slide out.

I ride my 10x29 stylelord with quobbas as side bites and an 8 inch FCS dolphin centre I took off one of my longboards (the centre smik fin ended up crunched into the top of the garage 
). My bigger longboard centre fins don't seem to fit into the smik centre box as it's too deep(?) otherwise I would try them out too.
Definitely goes better with bigger sides, might wait till the bigger Quobba come out and give them a go.

Tried them again this morning and I'm of the opinion the standard Quobbas suit me and the 8.3 better
Not really sure but the standard seem faster
Im thinking maybe they need way more juice/power than we are currently getting
Should I take them to Bali next month or do you want them back
Just tried my Quobba Large (black) yesterday. They are just more deep but have the same chord (base) otherwise.
They provide more hold, so I will use them on slow waves, and I will put them mostly on my small wave boards. I got hooked on the free feel of the small orange Quobba on fast waves. I will however mostly use a combo large front / small rear, should bring the best of both worlds. Cant wait to order more sets as soon as they get available.
