Ida thought your issue is with the seller/dealer. It's not up to you to go to the manufacturer. Fair trade laws etc.

Australian consumer law. Whoever you purchased of is ultimately responsible. Retailer, wholesaler/manufacturer is between themselves. Unfortunately for the consumer that is not the way it always works in reality. Unfortunately it often involves protracted negotiations to exert your rights. Good luck hope you get it resolved.

I should add, that whilst it may go against your nature, often it's the squeaky door that gets the most oil!

I had to do a warranty claim with a new Fanatic Race board. The claim was accepted by Cobra and dealt with in two weeks. There is no reason that you should not have an answer either way.
