I had the pleasure of meeting Scott a few times and this article is everything it says he was.RIP

poor bugger struggled a bit later in his life - so I really hope there's some peace both for scotty & the family left behind

Now I've seen the before and after shots get a bloody haircut mate geez you'll look 20 years younger

Much love from the artistic man Lacey will love the one This may sound strange but I think I recall seeing you around form those days.
and no it wasnt in the back of a police wagon

No worries mate.hahaha that's what everyone's saying to me mate even the Mrs but I like the look of an old Hippie atm
I had long hair when I was living at Kirra but short hair when I was living at Currumbin 10 years later!...
It was in the back of a police car to Tweed heads one night

ha,when I lived at Currumbin I surfed The Alley ,Laceys,Is it 42nd ave Palmy??(that might be wrong)The Spit,Greenmount,Coola,Kirra point and second groin,Rainbow,Duranbah all these fairly regularly so we may have surfed with one another years ago.Then down the back beaches NSW....

Yes Kirra,Greenmount,Rainbow,Duranbah,Cabarita,Surfers,Broadbeach in those days shortboards of course.
Lacey and his gang owned D-bah me and my mates were little followers back then,even looked up to them,the cool guys, now Lacey is following me hahaha

haha,he'll be here soonYep shortboards mate,I had a Jim Banks,Darby,and a Gordon and Black if you remember them.I was living just around the corner from Jim Banks shop in a house just on the edge of Currumbin Industrial Estate used to go around to Banksy's sometimes surfed a bit with Brett Hodge when I was Up there!...

Yeah the only one I dont know of is Gordon and Black.




I bought it new at that little surf shop that used to be behind Kirra Pub!...



I wonder if he was related to Ron Goddard??...
