We have a group teenagers on the NSW Central coast that have been doing so well over the last few weeks and have been sailing almost every day, I am now looking for some newer gear for them!
If anyone has some post 2000 windsurfing gear that they would like to donate please let me know!

Hey Matt, have a sail they can grow into. Will be ideal for Budgie. PM sent with detail.

Cheers

Free to someone that will use it, I've got a NP Zone in pretty good knick if anyone wants it. I reckon it would suit a Grom or Gromette. It's got a very small hole in the mast sleeve from a busted mast and a small cut that's been repaired with clear sail tape. Other than that it's in bloody good condition. I'll post it anywhere at your expense or local pick up from Cronulla NSW. If you are local and interested drop me a line to come take a peek. Cheers Scott.

Hi all the zone is now gone. Kye a 14 year old Grom has grabbed it. Thanks for all the interest and enquiries team.

If any of these kids are interested in Racing, there's a few regulars sailing from Gosford Sailing club on Saturday afternoons (from around 1pm - all year round). Any board will do, and we could probably get them started on a loan board if all they have is a short board.

We race in all conditions, light, medium and strong. It's the added bonus of longboards.

Australian Sailing currently has a push on trying to develop the youth Sailboarding fleet, there are a series of regatta's being run (mostly next summer) for the BIC Techno One Designs. Would be great to have a couple of Central Coast kids in the mix.

I have JP freestyle wave 86, not sure of the year. Has had a deck repair in the tail, no footstraps but watertight.
I also have a Windsurfer brand Transformer Grommet. It is a polyethylene board and comes with a rear fin as well as a center fin. Would be ok for a learners board as it is surprisingly stable, although it would really only suit a kid.
Matt you are welcome to both for your kids or if you don't want them then they are free to anyone. Otherwise they go to the tip.

Ok so I have decided to move my IMCO on to a new home. It is simply too windy in the Northern Beaches for it and so instead I get to wavesail at Longy every day. Yeah right. I haven't used it for over a year, it is heavy (someone weighed it and reckons 3kgs overweight), it does have a used twice daggerboard in it. Would be great to see it go to someone who really can't afford to buy one! Even better would be to swap it for a 5.7m SWAT....

Kids windsurfing at Kurnell. Kurnell catamaran junior division are trying to start a program to get kids windsurfing this spring and summer.
We have some gear but need more if anyone has any small sails or rigs or stable boards they don't need any more.
we aim to teach kids to sail, and those that fancy getting involved in racing can or just sail about if they don't fancy racing.
If you have any gear or know any kids that would like to join the fun email junior@kcc.asn.au

So just an update on this, I have some parts arriving from US this week for the mast track, and have tidied the board up just a little. In the meantime we have been getting down to Rodd point on Wed nights, and she has been sailing on my LCS (same board just yellow and lighter) She didn't race last wed, but I did show her how to waterstart.
Have also picked up a 5.6 and 4.4 camed sails for her.
She has also done some lessons with Belly over at Woollahra
Will try to remember to post some pics when I'm finished.

Edit: I should add a thanks once again to you, she feels a sense of ownership, and is being quite particular about the restore process.

Wanted any 2 piece masts and booms that anyone is not using and want to rid of as the kids have had a few breakages of late and we have had a few more kid learning!
Thanks Matt

Matt, I have a very old 470 cm sailworks 2 piece, probably too long for kids? Also I have a 430 wave mast which is broken and sort of repaired. Unusually it is the top that is damaged so could perhaps be paired with something else, I have used it as it is!
I'll bring them down to budgie if you are interested.

Hi all,
I'm on the look out for a secondhand 400 rdm constant curve mast for wavesailing. If anyone has one they no longer need please let me know. While this is the free thread, I'm happy to pay for a mast.

I do have a number of older Killwell 2 piece masts (sdm) that are free to a good home. They range in size from 400 to 430
Cheers
Andy

Free Code Red 10.0, fair condition plenty of use left, but missing 2 long battens. Requires 520 mast. I used it on formula up to 17 knts or super light wind board. In the photo it's rigged on NP mast, so not ideal shape.
