Gurus - had Balin covers but issues with zips have me looking elsewhere. Can anyone recommend a good 10 x 30 and 8 10 x 31 covers?

Surfaids in Byron do custom SUP covers at a very reasonable cost. They are my pick.

Sunova's bags are sweet also - if you want a stock bag.

The custom Surfaids bags are hard to beat. Turn around time is quick too. Less than a week from ordering to delivery in Brisbane.I've got two. A 5 mm bag for my 11' and a 10 mm bag for my 12'. I think the difference in price b/w 5 and 10 mm is about $20 - and well worth the few extra bucks.
As I understand (although haven't used it), they can/will do custom zipper lengths and placements - which is unreal.

FYI - I think my custom 5 mm 11' bag was under $200, and my 10 mm 12' bag was about $250?
The difference between 5 and 10 mm might have been more than $20, but either way, sensational price for a sensational bag.

I also avoid balin due to zip issues. pity, beacause they're great bags otherwise

my best yet has been a flying objects if you can find one the right size.

Shame Flying Objects went away, they were the ducks danglies.

You can easily replace zip sliders if thats the issue? There is only 3 styles and 3 sizes or somheting like that, canvas works will have buckets full of them for about $2 ea

Just cut at the end and slide new one on, hand stitch of if you're lazy just a blob of glue
