2011 Starboard SUP Demo Tour winner is Ra Rutene of Shellharbour, NSW. 

Ra's new Starboard Pro Wave 9'1" x 29' was presented on behalf of Starboard by Todd Mingramm, of Cronulla SUP Shop & School..
